With a BS in Food Science from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, Natalie is the proud founder and chief food scientist of Food Happy Consulting. HACCP and SQF certified, she leads the food safety and quality aspect of Food Happy's services, based in Los Angeles. With her undeniable passion regarding food and career devoted to the food industry, Natalie focuses on supporting both newer, entrepreneurial stage food companies as well as larger, more established corporations. Her positive outlook, strong sense of industry knowledge and network are in place to support clients through their journey in food making, one smile at a time.
