Nick is a managing director at Silverwood Partners focused primarily on the consumer products sector. McCoy has over 15 years of experience executing corporate finance transactions and making private equity investments in consumer products, healthcare and technology companies. Prior to joining Silverwood, McCoy was with the media & communications technology investment banking group at First Albany Corporation. Before First Albany, McCoy was the director of mergers & acquisitions at Allmerica Financial Corporation, a publicly traded financial services company, responsible for executing corporate strategic transactions and investing in growth equity financings of private companies. Prior to joining Allmerica, McCoy was asenior associate, corporate development, at Wheelabrator Technologies, a publicly traded subsidiary of Waste Management.

McCoy holds an MBA in finance from the Wake Forest University Graduate School of Management where he was awarded a Charles H. Babcock scholarship. Mr. McCoy also holds a BS in Hospitality Management from the University of New Hampshire. McCoy is a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research and the Boston Security Analysts Society.
