Global General (GLGT) Skin Care To Create Health Products Division

OTTAWA, Dec. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Global General Technologies' (www.glgt-corporate.com) subsidiary, Collagenna Skin Care Products (http://collagenna-usa.com/1_5/), is pleased to announce the creation of a Health Products Division which will focus on selling products to the Nutraceutical Industry.

Collagenna Skin Care Products has secured the rights to innovative revolutionary marine products which have been thoroughly researched and developed by Canadian scientists.

Collagenna's CEO, Michael Arnkvarn, said, "We have maintained a strong working relationship with several research groups and one of them has developed a product line with which we can identify ourselves. We will change our business model for these products as they will be targeted mainly for the Nutraceutical Manufacturing sector. We are working on creating marketing materials and finalizing necessary technical documentation which is required by the industry. We will start our marketing activities in early January 2010 and we project substantial revenues from this division in 2010."

The products are destined for worldwide distribution. Collagenna also plans to make retail versions available to its existing customers.

In other company news the company continues dialogue with the targeted China merger candidate Jiangxi Sanhe Science and Technology Co., Ltd., (Sanhe) http://www.sanhetech.com. Sanhe is looking to become an SEC reporting issuer withing GLGT.
