Innovative Cosmetics Labs (ICL), a premier bodycare manufacturer specializing in beauty and personal care products as well as natural skincare formulas, has appointed Christina Zaragoza as General Manager.

Previously, Christina worked as the Director of Manufacturing for a medical skincare company. During this time, she was accountable for the execution of programs controlling the manufacturing cycle, strategic operational planning, management of resources and quality assurance. With her extensive knowledge of operating procedures and rules and regulations, Christina was also responsible for developing training manuals and ensuring business operations were compliant with safety and health standards.

As the new General Manager of ICL, Christina will be responsible for production operations, facility management, human resources, developing marketing initiatives and effectively expanding the sales and growth of ICL. This will require effective leadership skills as well as strong communication skills in order to maintain and develop new relationships.
