Donations Urgently Needed for Wildfire Relief

Nourish America asks for your help. The Jesusita Fire in Santa Barbara, CA has turned into an inferno with flames reaching 100 feet high or more. As of Thursday night, the fire has scorched more than 2,700 acres, destroyed an unknown number of homes and businesses and has forced 30,000 people to evacuate the area. Thousands of firefighters are manning 24 hour shifts in 85 to 100+ degree temperatures with winds up to 65 miles an hour.

Representatives of local firefighters, law enforcement and the Red Cross have requested help from Nourish America to supply high quality nutritional foods and supplements for evacuees, victims, firefighters as well as emergency workers. With your help, we can support their health and stamina during this time of trauma and upheaval. Nourish America has partnered with the Santa Barbara Fire Department, the Santa Barbara Police Department, the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department and the American Red Cross to ensure that all donations reach those most in need.
