Annie Chun's seaweed snacks

Annie Chun's roasted seaweed snacks came across my desk last week and I am now officially addicted. Seaweed truly deserves the moniker "superfood," being full of antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins, with studies showing that some sea vegetables (nori, for example) exert anti-cancer effects and bind to environmental toxins in the body, which helps increase their excretion. Available in sesame (mild) or wasabi (spicy hot), Annie Chun's awesome seaweed snacks are gluten free, dairy free, vegan, low fat, and even (surprise) low sodium. First they crunch, then they melt in the mouth with a fabulous hit of sushi flavor. Look for them at natural foods stores everywhere, as well as many mainstream stores.
