I always start Expo on the new products floor. Whether it's your first show or your 25th, that's the place to begin. It's where the newest, most innovative, and I think the most exciting products are at any show. Though I've only had one day to hunt, here are a few standouts thus far.

The Lovely Candy Co. Gluten-free licorice is a rare find. This new product from Lovely is that and more by also being organic. Check it out at booth 8711.

The Perfect Snaque. Sprouted lentils are the secret ingredient in these crunchy snacks. They're surprisingly delicious, and I love that they deliver a salty, crunchy bite for the nut-free crowd. Try the honey mustard at booth 8517.

Vertical Water. Maple trees are good for more than just their syrup. This company taps the trees for their water … yes, water. The natural liquid that comes out of the trees is naturally hydrating, rich in trace minerals and of course, a little sweet. Even better, the B-Corp Certified brand is committed to preserving forestland. Hear the company's story at booth 8422.
