The food shortage I wish we’d suffer

Sweet is Low: Could America run out of Sugar?” I was sort of excited when I first saw this headline in Slate. A sugarless America would be a true hardship for its citizens and force many to dip not just into the honey pot but also the stevia and agave jars. What you’ll really take away from this article though is why food shortages are typically nonexistent in technologically advanced countries—a bummer in this case. Check it out here.
