Now that I'm becoming more aware of gluten-free foods, thanks to my son's recently diagnosed gluten sensitivity, I'm excited when I come across something that's really good. My latest find: Bakery on Main gluten-free Extreme Fruit & Nut Granola. I just finished my first bag of this stuff (topped with my daily 2 tablespoons of flaxseed), having it instead of my usual wheat-based cereal for breakfast. It's really good, and they're not exaggerating about the fruit and nuts: I love the big chunks of walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, and pecans, plus dried raisins, cranberries, and apricots. It's also low-sodium and dairy/casein free, for anyone with a milk sensitivity to boot.
Let me know of other GF products you've found and enjoy.
