Goji berries show immune-boosting promise in a rodent study that seeks to elevate immunity among older adults against the flu.

One day, senior citizens might get a goji lollipop with their flu shot. A new study suggests the little superfruits could boost the immunity of vaccinated older people. The research appears in the Journal of Nutrition.
