The results of the Prevention Magazine and Food Marketing Institute's Annual Shopping for Health Survey reveal shoppers are paying more attention to food labels and avoiding unhealthy foods, but they still lack motivation and funds to eat a more healthy diet.  

The good news?

Shoppers are less confused about which foods are healthy and which are not.

The bad? Shoppers aren't eating as healthy as they'd like because it's too expensive.
