Naturally gluten-free "ancient grains" are taking over sales of sugar-laden products made specifically for those with gluten intolerance or celiac, according to recent research from SPINS. 

And you thought ancient grains were old news.

According to new data from SPINS, sales of unrefined grains are booming. Though quinoa, beloved for its high protein content, still reigns in the ancient grain category, sales of even gluten-containing whole grains are stepping into the spotlight.
