Think insects are gross? Eli Cadesky, co-founder of C-fu Foods, is here to change your mind. Cadesky and his brother are on a mission to get Americans eating a sustainable source of insect protein derived from mealworms that is tasteless and quick-to-raise. C-FU has developed a proprietary technique to extract and restructure the protein in insects, allowing it to be incorporated into foods ranging from burgers to ice cream.

Watch Cadesky sling mealworm burgers at last year's Esca Bona, and explain why you should be eating bugs, too.
