Kelli and Kyle Koehler, founders of Wildway, an Esca Bona attendee, were tired of eating foods that touted healthiness but were actually a belly-bomb of sugar, salt and fat.

In response, they started a company dedicated to ditching added sweeteners, grains, dairy and gluten. Here, they talk how they help people live a wild, healthy life through food.
