Originates has partnered exclusively with KitoZyme to expand its portfolio of ingredients to include KiOnutrime®-CsG non-animal chitosan and KiOnutrime®-CG chitin-glucan to the American and Canadian markets. These functional fibers are extracted exclusively from safe, renewable, non-GMO and non-animal sources without any synthetic manipulation using KitoZyme’s proprietary process.

Designed for nutraceutical and functional food applications, these leading-edge ingredients deliver proven high-performance health benefits for weight management, cholesterol management, cardiovascular health and digestive health.
