Despite slower recessionary sales, organic category recovery on the horizon

Organic product sales took a beating last year — and, although they seem to be slowly healing, the bumps and bruises are still visible on most product categories. Overall, U.S. organic sales did continue expanding in 2009 — just at a much slower rate than ever before tracked by Nutrition Business Journal.
