In fact, one of the most sweeping efforts to improve Americans’ diets has come from Frito Lay, a company best known for salty snacks. “I can tell you that we are very committed to the health and wellness area,” said Stephen Quinn, chief marketing officer at Frito Lay, a division of PepsiCo.
