Data from Natural Marketing Institute’s (NMI) most recent survey on health & wellness trends in the U.S. show use of organic foods and beverages by consumers is at an all-time high. Within the past year, 59%—a majority of consumers—say they have used some type of organic food or beverage. An even larger proportion—73%—says that they have used a natural food or beverage in the same timeframe.
