Wixon features Mag-nifique flavor modifiers at SSW

Wixon will showcase its “healthier, tastier, just better” proprietary, natural Mag-nifique™ flavor modifiers for nutritional products at SupplySide West, Oct. 8 and 9, at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Visitors to Wixon’s booth #14097 will be served samples of its Reduced Sugar Oatmeal Fiber Bar, National Brand Sports Nutrition Shake and National Brand Single Use Energy Water Enhancer in Black Cherry. 

The flavor modifiers used in the concepts are part of Wixon’s Mag-nifique collection of technologies, developed by Wixon’s chemists to bring out the best in food and beverage products for a variety of consumer segments. The technologies can enhance healthy foods by reducing sugar, improving mouthfeel, masking off-notes and more.

Wixon’s Reduced Sugar Oatmeal Fiber Bar features rolled oats, brown sugar, vanilla, and other natural flavors, plus Mag-nifique Sweet Lift to enhance sweetness. With only 120 calories, 30 percent less sugar, and four grams of fiber to help make it filling, the Bar is ideal for breakfast or an anytime snack.
