From grass-fed to dairy-free, yogurt trends at Expo East

See three new products at the show.

Thanks to creative brands, yogurt has evolved from a breakfast food to one appropriate for almost any occasion—as an on-the-go snack, as dessert or in some cases even as a meal replacement. The natural marketplace has put an emphasis on varieties with less sugar, more protein and intriguing flavors, as we saw on the show floor at Natural Products Expo East. We visited the Maple Hill Creamery, Forager and Icelandic Provisions booths to see what's new.
