Which food rating system is best?

In light of the Environmental Working Group's recently launched food scoring system, we wonder: How does it stack up against existing food ratings? Myriad labels—traffic lights, stars, green symbols, numerical scores, front-of-package info—have attempted to make it easier for consumers to identify healthy packaged foods, with varying degrees of success. 

But these methods aren't without controversy. Some health advocates argue that labeling systems are biased and misleading, and that they intend to sell more food overall rather than guide consumers toward better options.
