National Enzyme Company Employees “Lose to Give”

Forsyth, MO – January 20, 2010 – National Enzyme Company employees have kicked off a 26 week weight loss and “get fit” challenge to benefit Gift of Hope, Inc., a 501 (c)(3) not for profit organization, started by NEC employees over 20 years ago.

Each participant will secure sponsors throughout the program who will donate on behalf of their weight loss, total decrease in body fat percentage or the number of miles walked over the entire course of the challenge. The goal is to secure as many sponsors as possible, therefore raising more money for the cause!

“This is an important commitment to your health and community. Our goal is to give everyone the tools to make permanent lifestyle changes that will benefit not only themselves but also benefit the children and families of Taney County by raising money for our Gift of Hope programs like the Backpack Club and Christmas Share.” Terese Mansell, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for National Enzyme Company said.

“During the challenge NEC employees will receive helpful information on how to reach their weight loss and fitness goals by making lifestyle changes, conducting seminars, and other motivating activities to keep the momentum going.” Meghan Connell, Director of Gift of Hope, Inc.
