Next Pharmaceuticals Welcomes Scientific Advisor Marilyn Barrett, Ph.D.

SALINAS, Calif., May 03, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Next Pharmaceuticals announced today that Dr. Marilyn Barrett has signed on as a Scientific Advisor with Next Pharmaceuticals where she will provide pharmacognosy expertise for the company's research and development activities. Dr. Barrett is the principal of Pharmacognosy Consulting, a consulting firm that provides scientific information and technical expertise to manufacturers, law offices, associations and government concerning medicinal plant products and nutritional dietary supplements.
