With the holidays in full swing, more and more stressed out customers will be entering your store. The good news? Some simple words of advice can help them stay calm during this hectic season.  Print out the following list of tips and post it in your store to remind staff and customers of simple steps you can take to care for yourself.

Listen to a relaxation download. An audio-guided relaxation helps slow down a spinning mind.
Swap backrubs. For the month of December, swap 5-minute backrubs each night with a loved one.
Take a 10- or 20-minute nap. Even a quick lie-down can do wonders to calm your mind and recharge you.
