General Manager

Ever'man Natural Foods, Inc., located in the heart of downtown Pensacola, FL, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to run its retail operation. Candidates with experience and success in leadership, teambuilding, management, organic & natural foods retail, grocery industry and with financial management background are encouraged to apply. The Co-op generates over $7,000, 000.00 /year in revenue out of 11,323 sq ft (retail area is over 7,000 sq ft). We're looking for a creative and flexible GM who can think outside-of-the-box to work with our diverse constituents (members, voluntary-workers, paid staff, customers, and Board of Directors). The Board follows Policy Governance for its operation. The GM will lead by example in developing employees and our membership, and effectively utilizing the space we have and the resources available. In addition, the GM will make decisions based on cooperative principles and responsible, green business practices.
