Mineral Resources International Issues Clarification Regarding its 2006 Mineral Harvest Report

January 30, 2007 Ogden, UT —Mineral Resources International, Inc. (MRI), a dietary supplement manufacturer and ingredient supplier, has issued a clarification in relationship to its 2006 mineral harvest yield announcement.

“It has come to our attention that the relationship between MRI and Northshore Limited Partnership needed further clarification,” said Corey Anderson, who is both managing partner of Northshore.

“Northshore Limited Partnership is MRI’s exclusive supplier for food-grade minerals harvested from Utah’s Great Salt Lake. Northshore concentrates and harvests the minerals. MRI, who is Northshore’s sole customer, further processes the minerals and conducts extensive testing. MRI sells its mineral products under the name ConcenSea(TM) Mineral Drops (CMD) and manufactures additional dietary supplements using the minerals harvested from Northshore.”

Mineral Resources International and Northshore Limited Partnership are separate, privately held companies with managing control of each being held by members of the Anderson Family, founders of both companies.
