The Canadian crowd cheered as Canadian figure skater Joannie Rochette took to the ice Tuesday night for the short program, then roared its approval when she finished. Still mourning the loss of her mother, who died on Sunday, she broke down crying as soon as she finished, earning third place and producing an unforgettable Olympic moment.
Rochette is a six-time Canadian champion and was silver medalist in the world championships last year. She is sponsored, in part, by Cold-FX, a proprietary ginseng product. See her TV commercial for Cold-FX here and watch her talk about Cold FX on a French-Canadian TV morning show, here.

At the Olympics, the figure skating medal gets decided with women's free skate on Thursday.
