More Americans are adding supplements to their daily routines and say they feel confident about product safety, according to a recent Council for Responsible Nutrition survey. CRN’s research also shows that supplement users tend to make healthier dietary choices and are more likely to schedule regular doctor visits.

69 percent: U.S. adults who regularly take dietary supplements

71 percent: Supplement users who take  a multivitamin, the most popular supplement

74 percent: Women who take supplements, compared to 64 percent of men

64 percent: Supplement users who exercise regularly
