EAS opens Moscow office

International regulatory and policy consultancy EAS Strategic Advice has expanded its services with a new Moscow office to offer guidance to companies marketing functional food products in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

From its Moscow office EAS regulatory experts will offer advice on navigating the legal, scientific and technical challenges related to regulatory compliance and trade policy, and its public affairs team will help businesses manage challenging existing or potential regulatory and policy issues.

“Russia and CIS region are both getting close attention from food companies around the world,” said Alexey Petrenko, general manager of the EAS Moscow office. “The formation of the Customs Union and Russia’s recent World Trade Organization accession offer unique opportunities in this vast and fast growing region.”

“Our new office will cover the whole region, where our national and regional expertise, combined with global best practices will help clients navigate the challenging CIS regulatory systems and achieve their objectives,” he continued.
