Last year was a big year for LOLIWARE, which makes edible, compostable cups. Co-founders Chelsea Briganti and Leigh Ann Tucker won the 2015 Natural Products Business School Pitch Slam, and then in October appeared on Shark Tank, where they secured a $600,000 investment.

We caught up with them in the fall at Expo East, where they shared plans for launching into retail this year and lowering the cost of their edible cups to be more competitive with plastic.
