What inspires you daily?

I'm inspired by people who act on ideas that are borne out of frustration.

What have been the critical factors on your road to success? 

How has the natural products industry (i.e. peers, mentors, community) enabled your success?

We wouldn't be anywhere close to where we are today without access to mentors, advisors, and talented co-workers. 

What do you wish you'd known early on in your business?

"Things will take twice as long and cost twice as much; you should expect half the results"... It doesn't matter what people say, you won't believe them, but in the end you'll realize they were right. 

What's on your iPod right now?

Indie rock, bluegrass, and Elvis.

How do you spend your free time?

What's a guilty pleasure of yours?

Taking twenty-minute naps at the office. If my door is closed, chances are I'm sleeping.

What's a personal pet peeve? 

People who do things without thinking about how their actions are impacting the people, community, and world around them.
