Top experts in functional foods and beverages will offer hands-on strategy and case studies detailing ideation, legal and regulatory, consumer insights, distribution, sourcing, formulation and branding.

With six out of 10 U.S. adults consuming specially formulated functional foods or beverages, the food and consumer products industry has been clamoring to develop these unique, healthy brands to drive growth and profitability. In response, a first-ever Functional Brands Summit will take place on Oct. 7, 2014, in Las Vegas at Cili at the Bali Hai Golf Club (Next to Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino).

Hailed as the “Masters of Functional Brands”, the summit features some of the most well-recognized experts in the emerging functional foods and beverage industry, and will offer hands-on strategy and case studies detailing ideation, legal and regulatory, consumer insights, distribution, sourcing, formulation and branding.
