How to keep ahead of natural trends

Time and time again, trends start in the natural products industry and then—much, much later—blow up in mainstream. Local? Budweiser: “We’re America’s largest local brewer.” Preservative free? Hormel: “Our prepackaged natural deli meats don’t use any ingredients you won’t find in nature.” Yawn. You want to be ahead of these trends long before they’re copped by conventional corporations.
