Indena Signs Long-Term Agreement With Alliance Principle Ingredients As Its Canadian Distributor

Will offer the Indena line of herbal & plant extracts to Canadian manufacturers

May 1, 2006 – Milan, Italy – Indena has named Alliance Principle Ingredients as its Canadian distributor for its line of herbal & plant extracts for use in dietary supplements and food products. Ingredients manufactured by Indena that will be available from Alliance include GREENSELECT® Green Tea Extract, MIRTOSELECT® Bilberry Extract and LEUCOSELECT® PHYTOSOME® Grape Seed to list a few. The partnership allows Alliance Principle Ingredients to market and sell Indena products to the entire Canadian marketplace.
