Lawsuit Against Trace Minerals Research Dismissed

Utah District Court Judge Ernie W. Jones summarily dismissed a false advertising lawsuit today, which was filed by Mineral Resources International, Inc. ("MRI") against Trace Minerals Research, L.C. ("TMR"). In addition to the dismissal, Judge Jones also dismissed all claims brought by MRI against TMR’s customers.
