Mannatech, Incorporated, a global pioneer in the development of high-quality health, weight and fitness, and skin care solutions based on nutritional science, announced today it is selling products in Austria, Norway, Sweden and the Netherlands as of September 5. With this opening, independent sales Associates are eligible for enrollment and can place orders in these countries.
Opening celebrations were held in Austria, Norway and Sweden to give Associates and guests in each country a chance to meet one-on-one with the Mannatech corporate staff and European Associate leaders to learn about the company's proprietary wellness products, business-building opportunity and competitive compensation plan.
"Mannatech Europe's growth is a result of our eager independent sales Associates who seek wellness, purpose, financial freedom and the chance to impact the lives of others," said Colin Jones, general manager of Mannatech Europe. "Leading these efforts and seeing our expansion to 37 million people through the combined populations of these four additional markets come to fruition is a privilege."
Because Mannatech's strategy of integrating physical and financial wellness has been attractive in international countries where products are currently available, this newest expansion has been preceded by a significant amount of anticipation from the company's global Associate base.
"Over the past 20 years I have helped launch more than 39 international expansions, but opening four countries at the same time is a first for me," said Al Bala, senior vice president, global business development. "This is quite an exciting event and certainly an indicator that Mannatech has taken a very aggressive stance in international expansion."
Wayne Badovinus, president and CEO of Mannatech, added, "This expansion is a testament of our commitment to the long-term success of our Associates because it allows an increased ability to build their businesses in Europe and also provides a platform for further expansion."
Among the products available for purchase are the company's Advanced Ambrotose(R) capsules and powder, Ambrotose AO(R) capsules, multi-vitamin/mineral supplement PhytoMatrix(R) caplets, PLUS(TM) tablets and OsoLean(TM) fat loss powder.
Mannatech's cutting-edge, proprietary products are based on the foundation of nutritional science in order to deliver the highest quality available. In the past five years alone, Mannatech has invested more than $20 million in world-class research and development of these proprietary technologies. In particular, the company has distinguished itself in the emerging glyconutrition market through the development of Ambrotose(R) complex, the technology for which it holds more than 45 patents in 30 countries. Glyconutrients are a blend of plant polysaccharides which are believed to represent a new category of untapped vital nutrients for optimal health.
