NHK Laboratories donates to Vitamin Angels

NHK Laboratories Inc. announced that it donated 5,000 bottles of children’s multivitamin chewable tablets to the nonprofit organization Vitamin Angels. Shabbir Akand, vice president, sales and marketing, said, “This donation is a part of our ongoing social responsibility initiative at the company. We hope these vitamins are able to help supplement the diet of those who are less fortunate with essential nutrients needed for normal development.

”NHK’s ongoing commitment to our work is so appreciated. Their contribution will bring life changing vitamins to the children who need them most, all around the world,” said Howard Schiffer, president and founder of Vitamin Angels.

The company has made annual donations to the charity for the past several years and plans to continue doing so in the future.
