What to do when you hit production capacity

If you manufacture your product yourself, odds are you're going to run into production capacity issues eventually. Working with co-packers can be great if you trust them implicitly, but sometimes you need to maintain control over the manufacturing process. Don't let the prospect of buying your own production facility frighten you right off the bat.
