New vegan eats, from meal pouches for kids to nut butters with probiotics, were spotted in growing numbers. Consumers looking for more plant-based options will revel at responsibly sourced ingredients, such as a chocolate bar sans the palm oil, and high pressure processing (HPP) that locks in freshness and flavor.
