Pure Encapsulations, a leading manufacturer of research-based, hypo-allergenic nutritional supplements, is proud to introduce the PureSYNAPSE™ product line, including SeroPlus, DopaPlus, NeuroPure and Amino Replete, four specialty formulas for emotional health, memory and behavior formulated with James Greenblatt, M.D., author and extensive lecturer, dedicated to integrative psychiatry.
“We are pleased to collaborate with Dr. Greenblatt to introduce the PureSYNAPSE product line, which provides simple approaches to complex pathways of neurotransmission,” states Kelly C. Heim, Ph.D., nutritional pharmacologist at Pure Encapsulations. “Each product in the series is based on decades of research and clinical experience to support the coordinated steps of neuronal communication.”
“As we begin to better understand nutritional deficiencies and toxic environmental chemicals that interfere with brain function, we are better able to provide safe and effective support for mental health,” says James Greenblatt, M.D., dually board certified in child and adult psychiatry and founder and medical director of Comprehensive Psychiatric Resources, Inc.
Currently, the core of PureSYNAPSE consists of SeroPlus, DopaPlus, NeuroPure and Amino Replete.
- SeroPlus is designed to support serotonin levels, lessening occasional stress and maintaining healthy eating behaviors.
- DopaPlus promotes healthy dopamine levels for daily mental sharpness and memory.
- NeuroPure provides enhanced support for overall emotional well-being by boosting both serotonin and dopamine levels.
- Amino Replete delivers a comprehensive blend of free-form amino acids required for the synthesis of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides.
Additional products will be introduced to the series in the fall of 2013.
As an extension of PureSYNAPSE, Pure Encapsulations and Dr. Greenblatt held their first free seminar entitled “Integrative Support for Cognitive and Behavioral Health in Children” in the Boston area on June 8 as well as on June 15. The seminar provided valuable information and clinical insight into emotional and behavioral health and the roles of important biological and nutritional factors.
