They say you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover. But food products? That's a different story.
We were blown away by the beautiful, gallery-worthy packaging at Natural Products Expo East 2014. While some foods were swathed in bright, Technicolor packages, others took a pared-down approach, and employed muted colors and old-fashioned materials to imply a back-to-basics product. (Indeed, one of our favorite package was made out of brown cardboard.)
