Because of consumer concern over toxins in personal care products, Johnson & Johnson recently announced plans to reformulate—eliminating formaldehyde-releasing preservatives, parabens and phthalates from its baby care products. But the company still falls short by continuing to use other concerning ingredients and waiting until the end of 2013 to implement changes.
