Previously, Molly worked for Dynamic Presence West in Austin, Texas as a Key Account Representative and Brand Manager. She has also worked as a Body Care Buyer for Central Market Westgate, a European-style fresh market also located in Austin. With a combined seven years of experience in the natural health industry, Molly has managed and executed strategies to increase sales and brand awareness. Additionally, she has had extensive experience in retail product positioning, merchandising, and shelf and display management.
With this new position, Molly will be responsible for the successful sales of derma e®’s antioxidant-rich anti-aging and solution-oriented natural bodycare products in the Southwest territory. This includes the development, account management and execution of tactical programs to grow new and maintain existing business. The position will also focus on trainings and education to reinforce the quality and efficacy of the derma e® brand.
