National Enzyme Company Names Amidon Chief Operating Officer

Forsyth, MO— National Enzyme Company is proud to announce the recent addition to their executive team, Charles Amidon. Mr. Amidon will serve as Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.) of National Enzyme Company. He will oversee many departments within the company, including; Information Systems, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Purchasing.

Mr. Amidon’s career within the nutritional industry spans over 30 years and is stellar to say the least. His
most recent achievement involves the development of Global Nutritional Solutions, a professional company
working in the nutritional industry that specializes in general business review and enhancement programs.
Prior to this, Amidon served as Executive V.P. of HVL, Inc., a nutritional supplement manufacturer in
Pittsburgh, Pa and President of Fisher Scientific, North American Operations. His ability to bring companies
to their highest level of technological potential and his choice to work for NEC, speaks volumes for
both parties.
