National Enzyme Company has announced that Richard Mihalik will assume the title of Director of Quality Assurance. Mr. Mihalik has previous experience serving in this capacity and will help bring a whole new level of control and assurance to NEC.
Mr. Mihalik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Most recently he held the title of Director of Quality Control, at Sparhawk Laboratories, an Animal Pharmaceutical and Supplement manufacturer. It is of great benefit to NEC and the customers they support to have gained a Director familiar with the dietary supplement industry.
One of many great achievements Mr. Mihalik has earned is his invention of eight formulation patents. Not only does he know the ins and outs of regulatory matters, he has also served on the product development side of business. Having a Director who understands both sides of the industry will be helpful when working with custom formulations and new developmental ideas being worked through the company.
“My goal at National Enzyme Company is to raise the quality, of their already fine products, to the next level. I was attracted to NEC because of its long established reputation in an industry that I have always believed has significant potential for growth,” said Mihalik.
Since 1932, National Enzyme Company has been the leader in nutritional enzyme technology. From research and development to marketing support, NEC provides manufacturers and distributors worldwide with comprehensive dietary supplement services while adhering to strict NSF and TGA certified GMPs
