Hilary's introduces four new Non-GMO Project verified, allergen-friendly dressings and marinades : Chili-Lime Vinaigrette, Beet Vinaigrette, Tomato Kalamata Dressing and Spicy Island Dressing.

Dietary oils & fats provider AAK has acquired vegetable oils company California Oils Corp.—also known as CalOils—from Mitsubishi Corp. to expand its presence on the U.S. West Coast.

Applegate has launched its first Non-GMO Project verified products, Applegate Organics Chicken Nuggets and Applegate Organics Gluten-free Chicken Nuggets. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has issued Kemin Industries a patent for the role of its products, FloraGLO Lutein and ZeaONE Zeaxanthin (distributed by DSM as OPTISHARP Natural), in protecting individuals with three common ocular disorders from blue light or light-induced damage.
