Thomas Bunkley as the company’s COO.

Thomas Bunkley is a successful operations executive with comprehensive experience in the
food and beverage industry. His background includes leadership roles in Corporate Finance,
Operations, Supply Chain, and Risk Management.

Mr. Bunkley was most recently Vice President of Commercial Operations—North America
Food Group for Mars, Inc. As a member of the executive management team, he delivered a
significant increase in profits for his division by carefully managing supply chain, purchasing, copacking,
and logistics processes and expenditures. Bunkley was also responsible for improving
customer satisfaction levels, leading project implementation teams, and managing global

Bunkley will oversee all operational aspects of NewOrganics, including supply chain and
purchasing management, quality control, and financial expenditures. As a key member of the
NewOrganics leadership team, Bunkley will be helping to develop strategic direction and
business best-practices for the company.
