IZZE Beverage Co., a Boulder, Colo.-based sparkling juice manufacturer, hired Gil Fronzaglia as executive vice president of operations to oversee the supply chain, logistics, manufacturing and packaging. IZZE also hired Jim Randall as the western division vice president of sales.

Sebastopol, Calif.-based Traditional Medicinals promoted Dave Templeton from vice president of finance to chief operating officer.

Puyallup, Wash.-based AIBMR Life Sciences Inc., a natural and medicinal products research institute, appointed Anna K. Gawlicka, Ph.D., to senior research scientist.

New Hope Natural Media hired Phyllis Koegel as show director of its recently acquired Kosher World Conference and Expo. Boulder, Colo.-based New Hope, which also publishes The Natural Foods Merchandiser, will co-locate the show with Natural Products Expo West in March 2006 in Anaheim, Calif. Koegel was most recently a sales and marketing executive for Sabra Salads in New York and previously worked as show director for Integrated Marketing & Communications, producers of specialty and ethnic food trade shows.

Glanbia Nutritionals hired Jim Lees as vice president of sales, Billie Tessendorf as technical sales manager and Max Maxwell as business development manager.
