Peter Folz Joins Herbalist & Alchemist

Washington, NJ (January 28, 2010) -- Herbalist & Alchemist welcomes Peter Folz to their staff as Marketing Coordinator, significantly strengthening their communication programs as the company expands further into the natural products retail channel.

“We have always had a very strong market share in the practitioner channel based upon David Winston’s reputation and education programs,” said company CEO Beth Lambert. “As interest in our clinically developed products has grown among health food retailers, we have needed to bring more resources to meet their need for more information. Peter is proving invaluable.”

Peter previously worked at specialized advertising agencies, and is experienced in channel development, marketing materials and events development and coordination, art direction, and publishing operations. His background also includes Grand Prix racing school in 1991.

“It is a true pleasure to work for a company that not only educates and stands behind their employees 100 %, but deeply believes in their quality products,” Folz said. “And I am learning so much about an industry I was always interested in through working at Herbalist & Alchemist.”

Herbalist & Alchemist’s products are formulated by company founder David Winston, an internationally known lecturer, author and ethnobotanist. For almost 40 years, David has been studying, practicing, teaching and researching Cherokee, Chinese and Western herbal medicine. David’s world-renowned two-year herbal studies program has been educating Herbalists, Physicians, Nurses, Naturopathic Physicians, Veterinarians, and Nutritionists in the art and science of clinical herbal medicine for over 25 years. Herbalist & Alchemist’s products are available through practitioners and fine health food stores nationwide, and through TallGrass, Ltd. in Canada.
