Scott Steinford Joins Embria Health Sciences as Vice President of Sales.

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, September 18, 2006 -- Embria(tm) Health Sciences, a raw material manufacturer of science-backed natural ingredients for the human nutrition market, appointed Scott Steinford to the position of vice president of sales. Steinford will be responsible for the evaluation and structure of Embria's global strategic sales plan as well as the identification of appropriate distribution and channel partners. He will also manage the sales activities of all existing and forthcoming products.

For the past 22 years, Steinford has held sales and marketing positions with several high profile pharmaceutical and nutrition companies. Most recently, Steinford was president of ZMC-Kougen USA, LLC, a supplier of pharmaceutical and nutritional ingredients, where he began and led the company to rapid and significant market share growth. He holds a bachelor's degree in law with a minor in marketing from University of Texas at Arlington.
